2024 Year One Registration & Class Allocation
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2024 YEAR ONE STUDENTS

Please click on the links below for information on the following:
1. REGISTRATION
Parents/Guardians of P6 students posted to DHS to begin Secondary One in 2024 will receive a notification through Parents Gateway (PG) a day after the posting results is released.
In the PG notice, an online Year One Registration Form will be shared. Please complete the form by Friday, 22 December 2023, 2359h.

Registration is compulsory to confirm your child/ward’s place in the school.
2. FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL AND OTHER ADMINSTRATIVE MATTERS
The first day of school is on Monday, 8 January 2024. Students are to report in full school uniform to their respective classrooms by 7:40 am.* There will be ushers around to guide students to their classrooms on the day.
* Students are allowed to report in their primary school uniform if the new uniform is not ready.

3. PURCHASE OF TEXTBOOKS AND SCHOOL ATTIRE

Textbooks and School Attire can be purchased in school on the following dates:
21 December 2023 (9am to 5pm)
22 December 2023 (9am to 5pm)
From 21 December onwards, please click HERE or scan the following QR code to book a slot to make your purchases.
Please note the following:
sales are strictly based on booking of appointment:
kindly show the session scheduled sent to your email upon arrival; and
continue to exercise social responsibility (i.e. do not come to school on your booking day if you are unwell).
The venues for the sales are located at Block E, Level 1:

Learning Centre 3 - School Attire (PE Attire, Polo T-Shirt and Dunman High T-Shirt)
Learning Centre 4 - Textbooks & Metal Buttons

4. SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORT TO DHS

5. THIRD LANGUAGE MATTERS
MOELC has arranged for Year 1 DHS students to attend Third Language on Thursday. One-way transport is available from school to MOELC (Bishan). Students who wish to take the transport to MOELC (Bishan) can register using the following link: https://go.gov.sg/thirdlangbus. Once the third language bus cards are ready for collection, students will be informed to make payment at the school’s Student Services Centre.

8. 2024 YEAR ONE CLASS ALLOCATION
Parents/Guardians may login to Parents Gateway on 4 Jan 2024 and click on their child/ward’s name for his/her class allocation.
